Does the monitor need to be charged?

No, the Corentium Pro battery is unmatched in the industry. It has more than 1 year of battery life and batteries are replaced when the unit is calibrated. No cords or charging required.
How do we calibrated the Corentium Pro and how much does it cost?

Airthings calibrates the Pro at our lab in Massachusetts. All you need to do is visit airthings.com/calibration and follow the directions there. You will submit your serial numbers and pay for the calibration on the site.

  • Re-calibration is $149 plus $25 return shipping. If you are sending multiple units for calibration, then return shipping is lowered to $15 for each subsequent additional unit.
Is there a monthly subscription fee?
No, we do not have a monthly fee for the device software or platform. When purchasing the device the app and dashboard interface are all included.
 
Does the device come with a tripod?
No, the monitor does not come with a tripod. It includes a black Pelican casing with all necessary documentation inside. It is compatible with any normal camera tripod. Here is one we recommend!
