Colorado Represents Key Expansion of Airthings’ US Library Program, First Launched in January

Airthings has teamed up with the Colorado Department of Public Health & Environment and the Colorado State Library to make its industry-leading radon detectors available to rent through 47 libraries across the entire state. Families throughout Colorado can now borrow the world’s most-trusted digital radon detector free-of-charge at their local library just like a book, enabling testing and continuous monitoring of their home’s exposure to this cancer-causing gas.

Colorado has some of the consistently highest radon levels of all US states, with approximately half of Colorado's homes measuring radon levels that exceed the EPA’s action level of 4.0 pCi/L.
